INCRMNTAL is searching for the best Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the world!

We are a deep machine learning and AI company, using the latest technologies, to solve a really simple question – “which half is wasted?”
INCRMNTAL launched in summer of 2020, backed by strategic investors from around the world who believe in what we’re doing.
We have customers and a constant flow of interest from the press, investors and more large companies who want to join us.
As an Inside Sales Development Representative your role will be:
- Identify, qualify and create new sales opportunities by responding to inbound inquiries via INCRMNTAL’s website, and marketing channels
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of INCRMTNAL and keep on top of upcoming product updates.
- Handle and engage inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for INCRMNTAL.
- Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to start
- Conduct online product demos, and record online video demo sessions available for customers to engage with behind a registration form
- Create, maintain and improve a sales process playbook for inbound leads
- Collaborate with demand generation and marketing to drive continuous improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver to the Account Executive team to further accelerate our growth.
- Deliver sales against a sales quota
- Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes, forecast and methodologies
- Support the continuous improvement of our sales collateral and processes
You will also participate in important decisions around the product, our strategy as well as have the opportunity to choose the areas you work on based on what you want or like to do the most.
We believe in helping each other get most of ourselves rather than do what we’re not interested in doing.
- 3+ years experience in software/SaaS sales or a similar position at a marketing technology, predictive analytics, or BI company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good understanding of the advertising ecosystem
- A desire to grow a career in sales
- Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders during complex sales cycle, including both marketing as well as data science personas
- Curiosity and the desire to learn more about the product and the customers you will be working with
- Native level English speaker and communication skills
- An understanding of the marketing tracking, analytics and advertising measurement space
- You like the challenge, you like to test new approach techniques, the word "no" does not scare you.
